The cost is only $800 per agent for all 8 weeks ($1200 for a couple). Tony regularly works with professional athletes and executives and charges $10,000 for a 90-minute session. At Summit you’ll receive three hours with him plus the full 8-week program.
This fee also includes a video content filming day with a professional film crew, lunch every session, and all materials and trainings.

Summit is an 8 week program designed to teach, practice, and implement THE top real estate income producing activities. This cost includes all the materials and costs to bring in the instructors, as well as lunches each day and a fancy celebratory lunch at the conclusion. It also covers the prizes and giveaways we will have throughout the course.

There is no charge for the first week - come and learn and decide whether you want to commit. Once you are committed, you can get a refund for up to HALF of the cost you initially invested IF you have completed all of the homework and showed up for each of the weeks on time.
