Every training will start right at 9am at the BHHS office in American Fork - so please plan on being early! We will never go later than 12pm, but we may end earlier depending on how the content is going - the last thing we want to do is waste your time by simply filling time. Every training will end with a catered lunch - each day a different establishment.

FREE TO ATTEND FOR ANYONE! Here we will give an overview of the course, talk through expectations, review the paperwork involved, give you a taste of what’s coming, and have you leave with a solid commitment of whether you are IN or OUT! Week 1 is all about commitment.

Right up front we are being in renowned mindset coach Tony Childs in Week 2 to help every agent in the program reset their paradigm. We are a firm believer that true change starts with a change in mindset - we must change if we want change.

Bruce Tucker is a master objection handler, and will walk you through his easy 5 step process he uses to handle every objection thrown his way. After some in-class practice and implementation, we will end the class with money on the line to try and stump Bruce with any objection.

WEEK 4 | May 6th | The TOp Lead GEneration Strategies in the industry

What is working in the industry, and how can I implement that directly into my business today to give myself more “at bats” to get to closing? These are the questions we will cover in depth as we explore some of the top practices in the industry - many of which will be simple changes to make.

WEEK 5 | May 13th | Social Media and Video with vp Productions

Video is king, and Social Media has shifted into being Interest Media. For the first hour we will dive into all things interest media and best practices, and then spend the next 2 hours filming video you can post that same week - as well as learn skills you can use throughout your career.

This is were we dive deep into everything buyers - best practices, best scripts, follow-up programs, etc. We will then host a First Time Homebuyer Seminar the following night on Thursday May 21st for everyone in Summit and any clients they may have that are interested.

WEEK 6 | May 20th | Buyer Systems and Open Houses (SEMINAR)

WEEK 7 | May 27th | Listing Mastery and presentations

Similar to Buyers, we will explore everything best practice when it comes to sellers. From initial leads to closing we will walk through the process and mastermind some of the best practices we have seen in over 35 years in the industry.

Now that we’ve come full circle and had some consistent accountability for 8 weeks, we will analyze our progress and re-assess our goal and strategies moving forward for each agents individual business. Then we will head to a restaurant of the participants choice to celebrate graduation!
